People often comment on my commitment to empower my employees (team). As the new CEO of ULGP, my motto is “Creating a place where empowered people empower people!” This not just rhetoric or a slogan for me, but a deep belief that people need to have a say in how they do their work and provided the tools to execute.
People do their best work when they have a sense of purpose and control of their work and are challenged and given the freedom to get it done! They are further empowered when they have leadership that leads with love and ensures that they are valued and supported. Empowering people is not rocket science! When leaders realize that leadership is not about them but the people, they are there to serve, organizations will be taken to levels that will blow our minds!
