One thing that matters most to me is having and earning the respect of my three sons.
Some people want respect for the sake of boasting and pride. Yes, having their respect gives me pride, but most importantly I want their respect as a reflection of my setting a good example of integrity and kindness!

You see… it is easy to put on a superficial show at work or on social media, but it is your family that knows who you are when no one is looking! Strive to be a person of integrity in and out of the spotlight. When you do that, you will truly have it all including R-E-S-P-E-C-T!
