Bigger than Fear!

Sometimes it whispers and other times it screams at your dreams and will kill them if you allow it to.
Fear is the biggest dream killer!

I cannot count the number of times this year that I’ve had conversations and informal coaching sessions with people who struggle with leaving a relationship or situation that is breaking their soul because of fear. I’ve heard people fret about starting their own business or pursuing a career that lights their fire. What if I fail? Finally, I’ve heard people worry about what their in-laws would think if they switched careers or did something that matters to them. You name the fear…I’ve already heard it!

At the end of the day, you must plan and move in faith to pursue your dreams. Yes, fear is the biggest dream killer. Nevertheless, you have the power to change that. You don’t want to reach the end of your life and have regret staring you in the face because you never mustered up the courage to pursue your dreams. Remember courage is not the absence of fear but the triumph over it (Nelson Mandela)!
