I asked my new mechanic why his business has succeeded for 16 years when most businesses fail within the first year. He responded that he doesn’t try to get rich off his clients and treats everyone’s car like his own.
Further, he referenced his faith and said that he treats everyone with respect. Finally, he boasted that he has never had to advertise.
Imagine if more people had my mechanic’s attitude and approach to business, life, and service? The world would certainly be a better place!
As you go about your day, keep it respectful and treat people the way you would want to be treated.
