Don’t Feed It!

People often feel that they must defend themselves or respond when people say less than stellar things about them or try to push their buttons.

Although tempting, go into the Michelle Obama mode, “When they go low, we go high!” This path is never easy but is always a better road to travel than going low.

As you go about your day, you will run into negativity and that is expected. However, you have a choice to respond or fly above.

If you want to retain your peace, don’t feed the negativity or negative people the attention they crave. Keep smiling and flying high😁!
