A Change is Gonna Come!

Every time I listen to the late great Sam Cooke’s song “A Change is Gonna Come,” I feel something. Although the song is a little solemn, it evokes a sense of hope for the future despite any challenges before me.

You may be in a season where you are waiting for a promotion at work or career change. You may feel like you’re climbing an impossible mountain to reach the other side of a challenging season. Or it could be waiting for that breakthrough that will finally bring your dreams to reality.

Although things can get tough…don’t give up yet! The moment when you are about to give up is when your breakthrough is closest.

Focus on your “Why.” Keep working, keep strategizing, keep pushing and believing!

Your change is going to come!
