A Matter of Choice!

Growing up I did not have a silver spoon in my mouth. I did not attend private schools or live in the best neighborhoods. However, I was blessed that my mother instilled in me a strong work ethic, confidence, character, and the importance of making good choices.

Of course, all my choices were not perfect, but not following the crowd was one of the best things she taught me that I employ today. She would say things like, “If people jump off the bridge or eat something foul, will you do the same?”

We cannot choose all our circumstances, but we can strive to make choices that will put us on the right path to success. Or we can make choices that will set us up for failure and disappointment.

What choices will you make today? As you go about your day, delay instant gratification, and make choices that are sound, ethical, and put you on the path to unlock your greatness!
