Finish Strong!
I cannot believe that 2021 is coming to an end! This is the time to tie up those loose ends and close out this year to start a new thing in 2022.
As a nonprofit leader, I am always waiting for a few key checks to arrive at the end of the year to finish strong. Heck, I am waiting for some now!
You may not have realized all your resolutions or goals for the year and that is OK. However, you may want to reflect on what went wrong. Were your goals unrealistic, were you not disciplined enough, or did things happen that were out of your control? Only you know the answer.
Keep pushing to complete the goals you can complete in 2021 or maybe they may be good starting points for 2022. No matter what you do… finish strong! It’s not how you start but how you finish that matters!
