I Dreamed a Dream!

In my former job we dreamed of creating a space that is worthy of the dignity of the families we served at a local shelter and started laying the groundwork to make it happen. I recently learned that that project is coming to fruition and that brought a smile to my face and joy to my heart!

We all have dreams; however, things happen that can take us off course. I want to encourage you to keep dreaming! The key ingredient to bringing your dreams to life is hard work mixed with the Carter Formula for Success (from my book: Greatness Awaits You):
