Recently, I did keynotes for Saint Vincent College and OLSH High School. In both of my presentations, I encouraged students to pursue a success that feels good to them and not worry about the opinions of others. A recurring theme was: When your passion, purpose and talents collide, Greatness Awaits You!

Further, I encouraged them to focus more on fulfilling their purpose in life as a true measure of their success. Success is never about living up to other people’s opinions about what success looks like for you. Your “success” is your “success,” and nobody else’s business. Except the person paying for your tuition, room, and board😂!
